Shipping policy


Processing Time:

 

Each item from DrivenByPassionCo is made to order, which means we start crafting your product as soon as you place your order.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • Once your order is made, it will be shipped right away, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or new product launches.


 

 

Shipping Times:

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or weather conditions.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking email.

 

Incorrect Addresses:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

DrivenByPassionCo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you realise there’s an error, contact us immediately at  drivenbypassionco@icloud.com— if the order hasn’t entered production or shipping yet, we’ll do our best to fix it.


 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  1. Please check with neighbours or your local postal office.
  2. If the package is still missing, contact us at drivenbypassionco@icloud.com, and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

We’re not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we’ll always do our best to assist.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.

These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our prices.

Customers are responsible for any applicable fees.
