Order Cancellations:
At DrivenByPassionCo, every item is made to order just for you. Because we start production shortly after purchase:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once you have placed your order.
- After that window, your order will already be in production and cannot be canceled or changed or refunded.
We kindly ask that you review your details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Refunds & Returns:
Each product is created uniquely for you, so we don’t accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size, color, or design selected
- Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
We only offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at drivenbypassionco@icloud.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll promptly send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If a refund has been approved but hasn’t appeared yet, please check with your bank or credit card provider first.
